By using Stymie (stymie.golf), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Stymie provides a golf course directory, tee time alert notifications, golfer matchmaking, and course tracking. We do not guarantee tee time availability. Alerts are informational and booking is completed through third-party platforms or course websites.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate profile information, particularly handicap and pace preference, as other users rely on this data for matchmaking.

4. User conduct

Do not misrepresent your handicap or playing ability. Do not create fake profiles or listings. Do not use the platform to harass other users. Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Data accuracy

Course data is sourced from third-party databases and may contain errors. Stymie does not guarantee the accuracy of scorecard data, ratings, or course details. Report inaccuracies to data@stymie.golf.

6. Limitation of liability

Stymie is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed tee times, inaccurate course data, or interactions between users facilitated through Group Finder.
